Morris Collins’s first novel, Horse Latitudes, was published by Dzanc Books in January 2019. Other fiction and poetry has recently appeared in Pleiades, Gulf Coast, The Chattahoochee Review, Michigan Quarterly Review, Iron Horse Review, Nimrod, among others.
He attended the University of Rochester where he studied English and Medieval Studies and received his MFA from Penn State University in 2008. He recently completed a novel, Sleepwalkers of the North Atlantic, a dark comic picaresque gothic (a genre he created, just now, while writing this bio in the third person) about a caddy, a Boston socialite, New England’s colonial history, King Phillip’s War and the early constructions of American Identity—as well as golf and rum.
He is a Visiting Assistant Professor of English at the College of the Holy Cross. He can be reached at email@example.com
