Morris Collins’s first novel, Horse Latitudes, was published by MP Publishing in 2013. Other fiction and poetry has recently appeared in Michigan Quarterly Review, Gulf Coast, Saranac Review, Passages North, Nimrod, and The Los Angeles Review, among others.
He attended the University of Rochester where he studied English and Medieval Studies and received his MFA from Penn State University in 2008. He is currently at work on a novel, Sleepwalkers of the North Atlantic, a dark comic picaresque gothic (a genre he created, just now, while writing this bio in the third person) about a caddy, a Boston socialite, New England’s colonial history, King Phillip’s War and the early constructions of American Identity—as well as golf and rum.
He is a Visiting Assistant Professor of English at the College of the Holy Cross. He can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org
